SPRINGFIELD, MA – Michele J. Feinstein of Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C. of Springfield, MA and Northampton, MA will help welcome nationally renowned speaker Stephan R. Leimberg, JD. Attorney Feinstein practices in the areas of estate planning and administration and teaches fiduciary administration at Western New England College School of Law. 
 
Leimberg is a nationally-recognized leader in the estate planning and taxation field, serving as the principal author of the 13 book Tools and Techniques series and the creator of the popular estate planning software package NumberCruncher. He is CEO of Leimberg Information Services, Inc., an email and database service, and Leimberg and LeClair, Inc., an estate and financial planning software company. He also serves as editor of Keeping Current, a newsletter offering practical guidance and expert commentary on topical tax cases and rulings. Named a Distinguished Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, Leimberg was awarded the Excellence in Writing Award of the American Bar Association's Probate and Property Section. The seminar, designed for a wide range of legal, accounting and financial services professionals, will explore developments and trends on planning with insurance, estate and business succession planning. The morning event is taking place at Rivers Memorial on the campus of Western New England College in Springfield on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 from 8am to noon. Leimberg's presentation is sponsored by the Western New England College Planned Giving Advisory Committee with additional support from The Estate Planning Council of Hampden County, Inc.
