Springfield Attorney Provides Toolkit For Estate Planning

Attorney Michele J. Feinstein will be speaking at three seminars regarding retirement, estate planning and asset protection. Planning ahead is undoubtedly the best way of ensuring peace of mind; Feinstein’s comprehensive seminars will provide information about the building blocks of a solid estate plan.

The first seminar is a free program offered as part of Western New England University’s Tenth Annual Public Forum that will take place on Wednesday, June 6, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (please note that sign in for this program begins at 5:30 p.m.). Attorney Feinstein is scheduled to present from 7:25 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. about the top “do’s and don’ts” of Medicaid, in the S. Prestley Blake Law Center in Room A, located at 1215 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, Massachusetts. Attorney Feinstein will be a panelist at a seminar titled, “End of Life Decisions: The Conversation,” at Temple Beth El located at 979 Dickinson Street, Springfield, Massachusetts on Sunday, June 9, 2013. This program begins at 4:00 p.m. and will include a panel discussion with Attorney Feinstein, Dr. Maura Brennen, of Baystate Medical Center, and Rabbi Amy Wallk Katz, regarding end of life decisions. The Amherst Senior Center will also host a seminar regarding estate planning and asset protection on Monday, June 10, 2013, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in room 101 of the Bangs Community Center, located at 70 Boltwood Walk, Amherst, Massachusetts. The program speakers will be Melody Foti, Senior Vice President Investments, Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and Attorney Feinstein, who will discuss planning for long term care.
