The Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin Commercial Finance group represents banks, governmental agencies, insurance companies, and other lenders in commercial finance transactions of all types. Over the years, we have served as counsel to every lender in the region and to numerous national lenders and finance organizations in such matters as:
- Secured loans of all types, including asset-based, accounts receivable financing, term loans and lines of credit, and business acquisition loans and leveraged buy-outs
- Commercial real estate mortgage transactions, including office buildings, hotels, housing developments, shopping centers, condominium developments, and manufacturing and warehouse facilities
